Heart Care

The physical heart is critical to life, and the subtle, invisible heart of the soul is critical to quality of life. Join us as we explore how to care and strengthen the spiritual heart, such that it can pump kindness, compassion and understanding into any situation we face.

Just as in the heat of the summer we focus on staying cool, in heated situations we have the concern on how to keep our cool. This session will explore how to move from a reactive model to a response-able focusing on how our inner world of being affects our outer world of doing.
